50h FlyHighYoga Training Course: Level 1

Start your FlyHighYoga journey with our modular style Training Courses. This Level 1 Introduction course is the foundation for learning the basic fundamentals of the FlyHighYoga practice allowing you to immediately use the FlyHighYoga belt and benefit from this new creative and fun aerial yoga style.

Completing this 50-hour Introduction course will enable you to skillfully use and teach students the basics of FlyHighYoga with the FlyHighYoga Belt. 

Learn how the belt as a prop can enhance regular yoga practice and how to safely guide people in and out of aerial modifications of yoga asana.  A range of topics are taught in detail from FlyHighYoga Anatomy, FlyHighYoga philosophy, the business of FlyHighYoga, pranayama, meditation, and mystic healing.

Location: Yoga Barn - Ubud Bali

The FHY Teacher Training will be held in beautiful locations, in and around Bali. Our regular courses take place at The Yoga Barn, which is just a 2-minute drive from the center of Ubud Village. Set in a beautiful, tranquil setting, and rustic buildings, The Yoga Barn offers an exceptional sensation on its serene ambiance right from the entrance to the River Dome Shala. The Yoga Barn is equipped with numerous yoga shalas, a vegan and vegetarian-friendly cafe and restaurant, shower facilities, a yoga store, and a spa. This is the perfect location to relax and unwind whilst learning the art of FlyHigh Yoga.

Your Teacher: Sheryl Sharaswhaty

Sheryl started her journey with FlyHighYoga in 2012, when she moved to Bali and left her corporate job.
FlyHighYoga become one of the practices she preferred not only because she likes the alignment aspect but also because of how much fun it is.
In 2016 she decided to join FlyHighYoga teacher's training program, after she completed her 200h teacher's training in 2015 in Vinyasa. She currently also teaches Acroyoga and Thai Yoga Massage.
FlyHighYoga allows her to play and be creative as well as blend other styles of yoga. She likes practicing and teaching and enjoying yoga and alignment in a different way. She has learned during the years that there is no right or wrong style in yoga and that FlyHighYoga is really for everybody to experience.
