Start your yoga teaching journey with FlyHighYoga and our modular style Training courses. This Level 1 Introduction course is the foundation on which you can build to becoming a fully qualified 200-hour Fly High Yoga teacher, allowing you to immediately teach regular Fly High Yoga classes.

Completing this 50-hour Introduction course will enable you to skillfully use and teach students with the FlyHighYoga Belt

Learn how the belt as a prop can enhance regular yoga practice and how to safely guide people in and out of aerial modifications of yoga asana.  A range of topics are taught in detail from FlyHighYoga Anatomy, FlyHighYoga philosophy, the business of FlyHighYoga, pranayama, meditation, and mystic healing.

  • 08.00 – 09.30 FHY™ Lead Practice

  • 09.30 – 12.00 Alignment, Adjustment, and Belt Use

  • 12.00 – 01:30 Lunch

  • 01:30 – 02:00 Guided Relaxation / Mystic Healing

  • 02:00 – 03:00 Anatomy Biomechanics and Bio Movement

  • 03:15 – 04:30 Teaching Methodology

Your Teacher: Kinu Hashibe

Kinu (E-RYT 200,RYT-500) has dedicated herself to the practice and study of yoga for the past 10 years. Born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan, Kinu is a formally trained dancer having studied various different dance styles including jazz, hip-hop, and ballroom for 15 years. After being introduced to yoga in the United States, and upon returning to Fukuoka, Kinu developed a focused self-practice of the physical, theoretical, and spiritual aspects of yoga. In August 2016, her yoga journey lead her to Koh Tao, Thailand, where she completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Course. In addition to the formal training she received she was introduced to what would become her true passion within the yoga world: FlyHighYoga. Kinu loves teaching yoga and encouraging students to use the practice of yoga to become the best version of themselves. Kinu is currently teaching all levels of Vinyasa yoga and is helping spread and grow FlyHighYoga awareness through regular classes and training.
