How to install your belt.
Full instructions on how to safely hang your Fly High Yoga Hanging Belt are included with your delivery kit. Our recommended height for hanging each belt varies by person allowing for between 1.8 meters to 1.9 meters of hanging space from floor to belt hanging height. If you plan to hang your belt from a standard ceiling height (9 feet = 2.7 meters) the Adjuster Hanging Straps x 2 allows for a Fly High Yoga hanging belt to be safely measured by a student for safe entry and exit.
If your Fly High Yoga Hanging Belt will be hung higher than 2.7 meters from a supporting apparatus, fitness/chin-up bar you will require to use the Adjuster Hanging Straps x 2.
How to install the Handles
At the top part of each FHY Handle, there is a loop. Use one of the sides of FlyHighYoga®'s Belt from any height above the padded area and create a loop inside the final part of the handle.
Then place one of the sticks inside the slip loop, pull the belt, and the handle down to hold the stick tight.
Repeat the same process on the other side of the belt. Make sure both handles are sitting at the same height.
You can adjust the height of the handles by changing the height of the sticks on the belt.
