08.00 – 09.30 FH Pilates Lead Practice
09.30 – 12.00 FH Pilates workshop
12.00 – 01:30 Lunch
01:30 – 02:00 Guided Relaxation / Mystic Healing
02:00 – 03:00 Theory
03:15 – 05:00 FH Pilates workshop and Teaching Practice

Cancelation Policy:  To secure your place, we will ask you to pay a deposit, and only 25% of the fee will be refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the training. Cancellation after 2 weeks will unfortunately not be refundable.
